Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with an Erlanger, KY client to help them search and qualify candidates for their Construction Estimator position. Our client is a design/build firm that established itself as a reliable construction partner generations ago and has maintained that reputation since. They are looking for candidates that will reliably oversee all field operations from the onset of the project to the hand-off.

• Provide accurate cost estimates, schedules, and take offs
• Meet with clients to determine their needs and provide accurate information
• Develop risk assessments

$90-125K

• Ability to oversee jobs with strong leadership skills and attention to detail
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
• Demonstrated ability to use accounting principles to ensure accurate project estimates and schedules
