Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects. This role involves managing project schedules, coordinating design meetings, acquiring necessary permits, and ensuring the project stays within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities

* Lead in bidding new projects and assembling proposals.

* Establish initial project schedules.

* Contract architectural and engineering services and conduct design coordination meetings.

* Acquire all necessary site, grading, foundation, and general building permits.

* Prepare and review scope of work, ensuring completeness and adherence to design intent.

* Manage overall cost control and change orders.

Essential Skills

* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects.

* Proficiency in construction management, project coordination, and commercial construction.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

* Experience using Procore.

Work Environment

The role offers project completion bonuses and end-of-year bonuses, which typically total 15-18% of base salary. Enjoy 3 weeks of vacation, 1 week of personal time, and 8 paid holidays. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ft Mitchell, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

* Project completion based bonuses & end of year bonus (based on company performance). Typically the bonuses total are 15-18% of base salary.

- 3 weeks of vacation - 1 week of personal time - 8 paid holidays - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
