• Build estimates that hold up: Detailed, accurate cost estimates for custom residential builds — from materials and labor to sequencing and scope.
• Catch what others miss: Analyze plans and specs with a critical eye. Identify gaps and missing information before they become expensive problems.
• Collaborate and validate: Work closely with project managers, builders, and trade partners to pressure-test numbers against real-world conditions.
• Get better over time: Track estimated vs. actual costs, refine your assumptions, and sharpen your pricing based on what actually happens in the field.

• Real residential experience: Proven estimating background in residential homebuilding. You understand materials, labor, and how a build sequences in the field.
