Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong experience in commercial construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from bidding and proposal assembly to project completion, ensuring all deliverables are met according to design intent and within budget.

Responsibilities

+ Bid on new projects and assemble proposals.

+ Establish initial project schedules.

+ Contract architectural and engineering services, and schedule and conduct design coordination meetings.

+ Acquire all necessary site, grading, foundation, and general building permits.

+ Prepare scope of work by reviewing bids, defining and outlining the scope, and ensuring work completion meets design intent.

+ Manage overall cost control and handle change orders.

Skills & Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial projects.

+ Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

+ Proficiency in Procore.

Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Ft Mitchell, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

- Project completion based bonuses & end of year bonus (based on company performance). Typically the bonuses total are 15-18% of base salary.

- 3 weeks of vacation - 1 week of personal time - 8 paid holidays - Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
