First Equity Mortgage, the in‑house lender for Drees Homes, is hiring an Entry‑Level Mortgage Processor. No prior mortgage experience required; ideal for candidates starting or pivoting their careers.

- Collect and organize borrower documentation
- Assist with ordering verifications (employment, assets, etc.)
- Work with underwriters to help move loans through the process
- Track loan progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Support closing preparation to ensure files are complete and accurate
- Collaborate with team members to keep loans moving efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
- Interest in finance, real estate, or mortgage banking is a plus
