Allied / Tech - Cath Lab Tech

Shift: 4x10- 07:00-17:30, every 4th weekend (sat & sun), and take call 1-2 nights a week. Will be included in the holiday rotation.

Certifications:

KBMIRT (Kentucky state cert- can be pending at time of submission. Must be in hand at time of start.) ARRT, and must be Cath Lab trained. ACLS, BLS

Experience:

Must have at least 6 months of current Cath lab experience in a high volume setting. 2 years of overall experience is required.

Charting: EPIC experience required

COVID (Medical/Religious Exemptions Accepted);
Flu vaccine required

Tattoos/piercings - no nose rings or gauged earrings

Nails - should be less than 1/4" in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable

Cafeteria - no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site

Parking - free in any unrestricted space

Scrubs/Apparel should not have ANY Agency or brand logos on them. This is strictly enforced here.

Submittal Details:
Any RTO must be included in the initial submission and, if approved, reflected in the confirmation document. Expect holiday coverage. Minimum of 2 years of specialty experience required, unless otherwise stated in the job description. Active license is required at time of submission. At least 2 supervisory references required. Local radius: 75 miles. Local candidates accepted at local rate. Required certifications (as listed in the job description) must be submitted or obtained prior to start.

Epic experience required.

Policies & Compliance Background and license hits are reviewed at facility discretion. Return Staff Policy:
Must be away from full-time, part-time, or per diem employment for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Travel Break Policy:
After 1 year on assignment, a 90-day system break is required before returning as a traveler. Perm Applicants:
Cannot be in process for, or have applied to, a permanent role with St. Elizabeth Healthcare within the past 6 months. Strict no-call policy in place. Modules Non-billable if completed within first 16 hours of orientation; after 16 hours, modules are billable. Modules are assigned at start, detailed in the FDI, and may be assigned throughout the assignment.
