Desktop Support Technician

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Fort Mitchell, KY
. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and exceptional customer service skills, as technicians regularly interact with end users both remotely and in person.

• Provide desktop support for end users in a Windows-based environment.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop hardware and software.
• Respond to technical support requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while supporting agency users.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support.
• Document issues, resolutions, and support activities as needed.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on desktop support experience

• Experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software in a Windows environment.
• Basic network troubleshooting knowledge and skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and objects.
• Ability to work in confined or uncomfortable positions for extended periods when necessary.
• Willingness to travel locally to provide on-site support.

• Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems, hardware deployment, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
