Tristate Arthritis & Rheumatology is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team in Crestview Hills, KY on or after January 4, 2027. • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and gout
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising rheumatologists
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs, imaging, and joint aspirations
• Prescribe and monitor medications including DMARDs, biologics, and corticosteroids
• Conduct follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy and adjust care plans accordingly
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

• Current NP or PA licensure in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain). New Graduates encouraged to apply!
• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• National board certification as an NP (FNP, AGNP) or PA-C
• Prior experience in rheumatology, internal medicine, or a related specialty preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with biologic therapies and immunosuppressive medications is a plus
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-first approach
• DEA license or ability to obtain one
