Role OverviewAs an Insurance Sales Specialist at DG Agency, you will be a cornerstone of our sales efforts. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, educate them on coverage options, and design customized insurance plans that protect what matters most to them.
This is a W-2 position , and the role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-based selling, takes pride in exceptional customer service, and is motivated to grow professionally within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Build strong rapport with clients, assess their insurance needs, and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
- Sales Outreach: Proactively connect with prospective clients to introduce DG Agency's services and expand our customer base.
- Policy Review: Evaluate existing insurance policies, identify gaps or improvement opportunities, and recommend updates as needed.
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Professional Development: Stay up to date on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to continually improve sales effectiveness.
