You’ll join our team in a smaller hospital setting where collaboration, respect, and a true family feel are part of everyday work. How you’ll contribute- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
- Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
- Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
- BCLS required.
- ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
- One year of experience preferred.
