You’ll join our team in a smaller hospital setting where collaboration, respect, and a true family feel are part of everyday work. • Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
• One year of experience preferred.
