• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs.
• Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Deliver care appropriate to the condition and age of each patient.
• Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients.
• Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current state RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• BCLS required.
• CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred. CRRN preferred.

Valley View Medical Center is a 102,000-square-foot acute-care facility with two adjacent medical office buildings offering exceptional care to the community. We have 52 medical/surgical beds, 12 acute rehabilitation beds, 12 intensive care beds, and an 8 bed labor, delivery and post-partum unit, 16 Bed Emergency Department and Valley View Medical Center is the only all private bed hospital serving the Bullhead City/Laughlin/Needles area.
