Registered Nurse (RN) – Women’s Services
Job Type: Full‑Time

Schedule:

3x12, Nights (6:30p‑m to 7a‑m), Rotating Weekends

As a registered nurse on the Women's Services team you will provide direct patient care in a small, collaborative hospital environment focused on patient well‑being and family support. You will have flexible self‑scheduling and partnership with a dedicated department that values ideas, development, and shared ownership of outcomes.

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Current state RN license.
• Associate’s Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) required within 6 months of hire.
