• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
• Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
• Advocates for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• BCLS required
• ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
• One year of experience preferred

102,000‑square‑foot acute‑care facility with two adjacent medical office buildings offering exceptional care to the community. It has 52 medical/surgical beds, 12 acute rehabilitation beds, 12 intensive care beds, and an 8‑bed labor, delivery and post‑partum unit, 16 Bed Emergency Department. Valley View Medical Center is the only all private bed hospital serving the Bullhead City/Laughlin/Needles area.
