Controller, Accounting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Fort MorganCDJR is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations, including managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and title processing through Dealer Track. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth transactions within our dealership.

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions such as accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and general ledger entries.
• Oversee Dealer Track title processing to ensure timely and accurate vehicle title transactions.
• Prepare and review financial reports on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with dealership management to streamline financial procedures and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all financial policies and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with Dealer Track or similar title processing software.
• Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
