- Performs various administrative functions in office and operates scale.
- Performs various accounting functions in Turnkey Software system including, but not limited to, lot close outs and daily system updates for shipping and receiving cattle.
- Coordinates brand inspection reports and brand audits.
- Operates the scale for incoming commodities. Manages and tracks commodity contracts.
- Operates telephone to answer or forward calls, provides information, and takes messages.
- Orders office supplies and keeps track of office supply inventory.
- Responsible for maintenance program and tracking of equipment.
- Various additional duties assigned by the Feed Yard Manager.
