Bilingual Installation and Customer Service Support Specialist

Fort Morgan, Fort Morgan, CO, US

Salary Range: $17.00 To $18.50 Hourly

Take your Customer Care skills to the next level! As a Viaero Installation and Customer Service Support Specialist you would be responsible for handling outbound calls to customers to schedule tech visits, supporting Installation Technician’s, as well as handling inbound phone calls regarding cellular service. Our Representatives strive to provide one-call resolution for problems, issues, and inquiries conveyed by customers. You would also provide valuable feedback to our management regarding ways to improve efficiency and customer service and can play a large role in retaining our loyal customers.

Installation

Technical Support Responsibilities and Duties
  • Plan daily installation schedule
  • Troubleshooting, resolving problems and identifying solutions
  • Document service and installation actions by following up on tickets, selling equipment, providing reports, logs, and records.
  • Assist Installation team by providing requested customer information and support.
Customer Service Responsibilities and Duties
  • Explain and change rate plans, features, services, promotions, and usage.
  • Assist customers who have questions about their bill, or who are having issues with their billing.
  • Add or change existing products/plans/features/services for customers (Opportunity to earn bonuses)
  • Handle customer concerns and requests for general information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Viaero's Customer Service Representatives need to have
  • Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Outstanding verbal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly detail oriented showing a critical degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A pleasant phone voice and excellent phone etiquette
  • The ability to learn about our plans, computer systems, services, and technical features of our products
  • Fantastic, demonstrated customer service skills
  • Sales ability is a definite plus!
