Elementary Gifted and Talented Enrichment Teacher (Part-time Employee - Approximately 10 Hrs. Per Week)
This position involves working with students identified as GT and those in the talent pool students to provide enrichment activities that stimulate their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for nurturing gifted learners and creating a stimulating educational environment tailored to their unique needs.
Substitute Teaching License
Provide enrichment activities from curriculum map weekly to gifted/talent pool students across the district
Communicate with teachers, administrators, and the GT coordinator about the progress of gifted/talent pool students as needed
Organize and facilitate other enrichment activities, competitions, and projects that stimulate creativity, innovation, and interdisciplinary connections as needed
Foster a love of learning and intellectual curiosity among gifted/talent pool students through hands-on experiences and real-world applications
Passionate about fostering the potential of gifted students
