Part‑time, hourly as needed.

Part‑time instructors must live within the State of Colorado or physically work for MCC at one of our locations to be eligible for hire.

Fall 2026 or Spring 2027

Instructor Lecture/Lab: $37.45 - $52.40 per hour

Health Clinical – Supervised: $47.35 - $50.35 per hour

Health Clinical – Unsupervised: $41.50 - $44.50 per hour

Skill Lab Assistant: $29.65 - $32.65 per hour

Salary based on education and experience. This position is not eligible for a benefits package. Employees at .75 FTE or greater are eligible for the Colorado Community College System benefit package. Sick leave shall be accrued and granted in accordance with the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. No relocation assistance is provided.

Teaching Times: Daytime and/or Evening

• Associate degree in automobile repair technician or two (2) years of full‑time equivalent experience may substitute for degree.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Colorado Career and Technical Education Credential (at least 4,000 hours of verifiable paid occupational experience in the last five years).
• ASE Training/Certificate.
• Teaching experience preferred.
• A commitment to experiential learning and demonstrated success in working with students from diverse backgrounds.

Teaching Times: Daytime and evening.

• Master's degree in Biology or a master's degree in a closely related field and 18 graduate credits in biology.
• Minimum of two (2) years of post‑secondary teaching in biology or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in distance education preferred.
• A commitment to experiential learning and demonstrated success in working with students from diverse backgrounds.

Teaching Times: Daytime and/or Evening

• Master's degree in Business or related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• Computer expertise in relevant business software programs.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Colorado Career and Technical Education post‑secondary teaching credential in Business.
• Must have 2000 hours of verifiable work experience in the business field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of full‑time or two (2) years of part‑time teaching experience in business or a related field.
• Experience with innovation including online delivery, and an understanding of the current business environment as it relates to curriculum development.

Teaching Times: Daytime and evening either in person or via live video.

• Master's degree in communication or a master's degree in a related field with 18 graduate credits in communication.
• Minimum of two (2) years of post‑secondary teaching in communication or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in distance education preferred.
• A commitment to experiential learning and demonstrated success in working with students from diverse backgrounds.

Teaching Times: Daytime

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Computer Information Technology or a master's degree in a related field with 18 graduate credits in one of those fields.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Colorado Career and Technical Education Credential (at least 2,000 hours of verifiable paid occupational experience in the last five years).
• Teaching and distance learning instruction experience preferred.
• A commitment to experiential learning and demonstrated success in working with students from diverse backgrounds.
