Full-Time, 1.0 FTEStarting August 2026 for the entire school year About the Role Hello Math Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a High School Math Teacher to support students in Fort Morgan, CO. In this role, you'll create an engaging classroom environment, deliver high-quality math instruction, and help students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. You'll collaborate with school staff, families, and a supportive district while making a meaningful impact on student achievement.
This role is ideal for an educator who is committed to creating engaging learning experiences that help students strengthen their mathematical understanding and build lasting confidence in their abilities.

What You'll DoPlan and deliver engaging math instruction aligned with Colorado academic standards
Create lesson plans that support diverse learning styles and student needs
Differentiate instruction to promote student success across all ability levels
Assess student progress and provide timely feedback and progress reports
Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages learning and respect
Collaborate with administrators, colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student achievement
Maintain accurate records, attendance, and required documentation
Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school initiatives
What We're Looking For Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with appropriate secondary Mathematics endorsement
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Passion for helping students succeed academically and personally
School-based teaching experience preferred, but not required
