Tele World Solutions is seeking a Super Tech/Sr. Field Engineer to join our team! The Super Tech / Senior Field Engineer is the highest hands-on authority in the field—deployed when standard procedures and lower-tier technicians can’t solve the problem. You’ll lead complex site builds, turn-ups, and emergency restorations; perform deep-dive RF/IP/power diagnostics; and mentor regional teams on advanced methods and safety.

Acting as the customer-facing technical SME, you translate gnarly field issues into root-cause fixes that stick—and ensure every job closes to spec, on schedule, every time.

• Installation & Commissioning
• Install, integrate, and commission Samsung equipment to Samsung standards.
• Install, Commission and integrate Juniper ACX series routers to manufacturers and Samsung specifications.
• Support On-Site Field Work, technical work, installations, testing, and troubleshooting of backhaul, transmission methodology.
• Integration & Testing
• Work with RF engineers and remote testers to ensure site readiness and KPI compliance
• Execute RMA process including field trouble-shooting, replacement and administrative completion. Process may require interfacing with customer, subcontractors and multiple groups within Samsung organization.
• Conduct or assist in all field engineering activities in support of field trials (FIT/FOA/FFA).
• Execute RF field test plans for technology features and performance.
• Accountable for driving field integration testing efforts (FFA/FIT/FFA) of all 4G/5G key features with customers, including test plan development, reviewing test plan with internal teams, driving cross-functional teams to execution, review of test results, issue identification, analysis and quality proofing.
• Manage field engineering walk/drive testing,
• Perform ad-hoc field testing as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Report to Regional Field Ops Manager with daily status of activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations, compile and analyze data and engineering information for the effective communication of processes, results, plans, recommendations, and conclusion.
• Scheduling and assignment of daily tasks and site work to Field Technicians.
• Customer Liaison for Network Operations including Samsung integration into customer processes and design procedures as well as handoff between organizations.
• Able to create/follow/update tickets via Ticketing tools for work assignments
• Leadership & Communication
• Review internal documentation for accuracy and provide updates/corrections as appropriate.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, site leads, and customer contacts.
• Represent Market or Region Field Ops Team in periodic status meetings relative to overall project including daily, weekly and monthly progress by site, market or region.
• Support subcontractors in growth of knowledge base for project fulfillment through field training efforts with the objective of expanding engineering expertise.
