Quickbase Administrator

The Quick Base Administrator for Viaero Fiber Networks helps to support and enhance our business systems. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, managing data integrity, and maintaining secure, high-performing Quick Base applications. This administrator is both technically proficient and business-minded, capable of bridging operational needs with system functionality. This is an onsite position located in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of Quick Base applications.
• Manage user access, roles, and security configurations across all environments.
• Monitor system health, plan capacity, and optimize performance.
• Oversee data integrations between Quick Base and other systems via APIs, webhooks, or IPaaS solutions.
• Maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.

• Design and develop new Quick Base applications and features to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical requirements and workflows.
• Customize and automate workflows to improve efficiency.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within existing Quick Base solutions.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with the Quick Base platform (administration preferred; development experience considered).
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of relational database design and lifecycle management.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience integrating Quick Base with other systems through APIs and automation tools.

• Background in telecommunications or related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, clean or acceptable criminal background and motor vehicle record. Must pass drug testing that follows Federal guidelines.
