Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr

The Jr Mechanic assists senior technicians with light duty maintenance jobs, such as oil changes, brake pad replacements, and tune-ups, and provides support during more complicated repairs. The entry‑level role is ideal for individuals beginning their career in automotive repair and offers hands‑on experience with certified mechanics. This role also involves running errands and occasional offsite travel.

• Conduct basic maintenance on fleet vehicles (oil changes, tire rotation, brake service)
• Assist senior mechanics with major repair projects
• Log inventory and maintain accurate records of repairs and services
• Detail and clean vehicles
• Keep tools, equipment, and the shop area clean and organized
• Run errands such as picking up parts or delivering vehicles
• Travel to offsite locations when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 21 years or older (insurance requirement)
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment background checks (MVR, criminal background, pre‑employment drug screen)
• Completion or enrollment in an auto repair program (preferred)
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Familiarity with both gasoline and diesel equipment
• Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving
• Must have the tools required for this position
