Travel Cna Assignment

Travel CNA assignment for a 13-week contract in Akron, Colorado. Work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a 3 x 12-hour schedule, totaling 36 hours per week. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing or LTC setting.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Measure and accurately document vital signs.
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Document patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient-centered care.

• Current and active Colorado CNA certification (or eligibility to work in Colorado).
• Minimum of 1 year of travel CNA experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
