Role: FSQR Technician responsible for ensuring food safety and quality in manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and specialized testing on food products, ingredients, and processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor fabrication lines, collect and analyze samples, and document results within quality systems.
- Assist with root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with production and FSQR teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support safety, integrity, and sustainable food production practices.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
