Fiber Broadband Sales Manager

Fort Morgan, Fort Morgan, CO, US

Salary Range: $68,000.00 To $78,000.00 Annually

The Fiber Broadband Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading a strategic sales program that drives growth, strengthens customer satisfaction, and expands Viaero Fiber’s broadband market presence. This role builds and manages a high‑performing Fiber Business Sales team, leveraging industry relationships and market insights to respond to competitive trends, pricing, and customer needs. The manager partners across departments to grow the client base, increase revenue, and support company-wide sales initiatives, including planning and executing marketing ideas, sales events, and regional opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team selling Viaero Fiber’s planned and deployed fiber broadband solutions.
  • Drive new revenue by overseeing daily prospecting, networking, and opportunity identification within assigned territories.
  • Work with clients to understand needs and deliver customized solutions aligned to their strategic goals.
  • Develop sales strategies, assign territories, train staff, and provide strategic input to leadership.
  • Support complex customer issues, major negotiations, and large account sales.
  • Conduct regular office and field work to support team performance and client engagement.
  • Oversee hiring, performance reviews, pay decisions, coaching, and professional development for direct reports.

Qualifications

  • In‑depth understanding of fiber/broadband/telecom products and services.
  • 3–5+ years of successful sales management experience with proven revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to lead solution‑based selling and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing with strong business development skills.
  • Project management capability and enthusiasm for company growth.
  • Ability to travel
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 3-5 years, valid driver's license, clean or acceptable criminal background check, clean substance screening
