• Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
• Sort and distribute daily invoices for approval.
• Enter approved invoices into Viewpoint with completeness and accuracy.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying Federal ; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credits are received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.

• Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Works well in a team environment with an ability to work with a diverse group of people. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. The employee must be capable of performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting within OSHA ergonomic safety guidelines. Safe lifting techniques must be used to comply with all applicable workplace safety standards.
