QuickBooks​/Accounts Payable Specialist

Parvey & Cavenago Parvey & Cavenago, Attorneys, P.A. is a statewide personal injury law firm representing clients across Florida since 1990. We handle cases involving motor vehicle accidents, nursing home neglect, negligent security, catastrophic injuries, product liability, and other negligence‑related claims. Our team is dedicated to strong advocacy, clear communication, and delivering the highest level of client service to individuals who have been injured through no fault of their own.

We are seeking adetail‑oriented and highly organized Quick Books / Accounts Payable Specialist to support our firm’s administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Quick Books experience is required.

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Hands‑on experience with Quick Books (Enterprise‑level experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

• Processing invoices and firm expenses in Quick Books
• Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
• Preparing payments and assisting with vendor management
• Supporting month‑end financial tasks
• Performing additional administrative or financial duties as delegated

Specific duties will be reviewed and confirmed directly with the managing attorneys.
