Accounting Specialist Shift/

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00-5:00 PM Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr DOE

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our client's collaborative team. We value responsibility, attention to detail, and long-term commitment. Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process basic Accounts Payable, including data entry of vendor invoices and standard weekly check runs.
• Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents, flagging discrepancies for review.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable by posting customer payments, entering cash receipts, and sending balance reminders.
• Perform basic account reconciliations and assist senior accounting staff with resolving simple balance disputes.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical accounting files and records.

  Basic proficiency in computerized accounting software (e.g., Quick Books or similar ERP system ), MS Excel/Office products, & Email.
• 1-2 years of entry-to-mid level accounting experience.
