We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Services Clerk/Concierge to join the operation team. The ideal candidate will excel in a professional and team‑oriented environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain conference rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for meetings and events.
- Coordinate room set‑ups and breakdowns, including audiovisual equipment and catering needs.
- Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, copy room, and restroom supplies.
- Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies as needed.
- Manage incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail, including USPS and Fed Ex/UPS processing and drop‑offs.
- Perform routine office rounds to complete time‑sensitive requests such as copying, printing, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
- Assist with internal office moves, furniture relocation, box handling, and light handyman tasks.
- Conduct local errands, including bank deposits and meeting‑related pick‑ups.
- Prepare materials and folders for meetings, marketing initiatives, and company events.
- Serve as liaison to the IT department and coordinate service calls when necessary.
- Set up workstations for new hires and assist with workspace transitions for departing employees.
- Provide backup reception coverage as needed.
- Support the Office Coordinator and Operations Manager with special projects and administrative tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Daily responsibilities include kitchen upkeep, supply monitoring, mail processing, conference room readiness, electronic bank deposits, and completion of office service requests.
- Weekly responsibilities include restocking copy/print areas, coordinating meeting‑related pick‑ups, and identifying and reporting facility concerns.
- Monthly responsibilities include supporting recurring office events and employee engagement activities.
- Occasional responsibilities include assisting with office reconfigurations and workspace relocations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience in a professional office setting required.
