Job Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Program Services Specialist to support families and providers accessing early learning services.
This position is an entry-level, mission‑critical role responsible for assisting families with School Readiness (SR) and Voluntary Pre‑Kindergarten (VPK) programs, supporting application and eligibility processes, and ensuring accurate data entry and recordkeeping.
