Description

Wild Blue Amenity Association is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our amenity center, clubhouse services, committees, and member communications. This role works directly with the Executive Assistant and General Manager to keep the community running smoothly through organized processes, timely communication, and excellent member service.

This is an ideal position for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys a dynamic environment with a variety of administrative tasks. Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with the ability to multi-task and work independently, as needed. This includes competitive compensation starting at $20/HOUR. There is an opportunity for this role to evolve into a full-time position contingent upon operational needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily office tasks, organization, and administrative support
  • Assist with uploading information to the website or calendar when needed
  • Help with light administrative tasks for committees and board of directors
  • Provide superior customer service to all members and guests
  • Participates as needed in special department projects
  • Assist with event setup tasks such as formatting flyers and tracking RSVPs
  • Assist with basic tasks for social committee events
  • Help monitor reservations for card room and other reservable spaces
  • Maintenance of office supplies and files
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum two years of previous experience in administration
  • Ability to maintain high level confidentiality
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must possess exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be highly motivated, goal driven and self-starter
  • Knowledge of the golf and country club business is a plus
