Job Title
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office apps including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat for PDFs
Must be proficient with Windows operating system and be able to save scanned records accurately and efficiently according to document type in appropriate job folders stored in Share Point
This position will be responsible for scanning and organizing paper exposure files to convert to digital records and help to properly dispose of paper files when finished
This position will also be responsible for assisting in reorganization of our file room and other administrative tasks as directed by Group Leader
Must be able to lift and move boxes of files
Previous administrative experience preferred
Supports an organization or department by performing administrative services.
