Are you ready to take the next step in your healthcare career? Lee Health is seeking an Office Supervisor to support our Pulmonology practices in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. This leadership role is ideal for someone looking to advance into medical practice management while overseeing daily front office operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Locations:
Cape Coral & Clayton Court (Fort Myers)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay Range: $22.73 - $28.41/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front office operations across two practice locations
- Lead, coach, and support clerical and administrative team members
- Ensure efficient patient scheduling, registration, and office workflows
- Promote outstanding customer service and patient satisfaction
- Partner with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to support operational excellence
Travel Requirement:
This position requires regular travel between the Cape Coral and Clayton Court (Fort Myers) office locations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:
Minimum of two years of formal education beyond high school. Associates degree preferred. - Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of healthcare leadership experience preferred. Physician office experience strongly preferred.
