Job Summary:

We are looking for a focused and accurate Data Entry Clerk to manage our client's digital records. Your primary goal will be to ensure all company data is entered, updated, and organized within our systems with maximum precision and speed.

• Data Processing:
  Review source documents to extract and transcribe information into the central database.
• Quality Control:
  Maintain high levels of accuracy when inputting alphanumeric data to ensure system consistency.
• Records Organization:
  Categorize and file digital and physical documents for easy retrieval and auditing.
• Communication:
  Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to clarify information and resolve data discrepancies.

• Technical Speed:
  Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM and 6,000 KSPH (keystrokes per hour).
• Attention to Detail:
  Proven ability to spot errors and maintain data integrity across large datasets.
