Position Summary
Credit Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting the Credit Administration department with a variety of administrative duties including preparing and distributing meeting packages and updating reports.
Duties & Responsibilities- Prepare Executive Committee packages
- Prepare weekly pipeline meeting packages for all regions
- Prepare bi-weekly Opportunity Memo packages
- Prepare monthly Portfolio Management meeting packages for all regions
- Prepare quarterly Portfolio Review meeting packages for all regions
- Upload PRs to nCino
- Update Relationship Review details in nCino after each meeting
- Prepare quarterly commercial reserve meeting packages
- Upload commercial SARs to nCino
- Update Relationship Review details in nCino after each meeting
- Update weekly exception reports on Commercial Banking reports page
- Pull CLEAR and credit reports
- Administrative duties at assigned physical location (e.g., ordering supplies)
- Special projects as assigned
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Multi-task and work independently
- Perform duties under frequent time pressures
- Complete work with frequent interruptions
- Requires previous experience in business field or related field.
- 2 or more years of related banking experience in collateral documentation or lending operations preferred.
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Board vantage, Jack Henry and nCino.
Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.
(Base Pay Range: $20-$27/hour)
