Description

Gray Robinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a Receptionist in our Fort Myers office.

Successful candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a professional services organization.

• Answering and routing telephone calls
• Taking messages and sending emails
• Greeting and assisting visitors
• Receiving and recording deliveries
• Coordinating meetings
• Maintaining conference room schedules
• This regular, full-time position also provides interim coverage for legal assistants, ensuring continual, reliable support for attorneys and the Firm.
• The interim coverage assignments may be for one day, several days, or several weeks.
• This position also assists others on projects as needed.

• Keen attention to detail, including effective proofreading and drafting skills
• Demonstrated multitasking
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with others under deadlines
• Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary
