Service Coordinator

We are looking to add another member to our close-knit team in Jacksonville. The position requires great customer service skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive, upbeat attitude. Our work environment is casual, energetic and fun!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Calling incoming leads to schedule design appointments
• Scheduling design appointments on our Salesforce CRM Software
• Corresponding with designers on consultation scheduling
• Greet clients, and direct people accordingly from front desk
• Answering phones, directing phone calls, and responding to online/email inquiries
• Corresponding with clients and customers
• Organize paperwork and receipts for submittal to accounting department
• Scheduling installations and working closely with our designers to meet the needs of the customer
• Purchasing products utilizing our preferred vendors

Specific Requirements:

• Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Computer experience including Word and Excel
• Experience with a Salesforce based platform a plus
• Attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience
