Office Manager

Seaton Paving & Sitework is looking for a driven and organized Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly in Fort Myers, FL. This is a key behind-the-scenes role where your attention to detail and leadership will directly support our field crews and growing business. • Oversee day-to-day office operations, administrative functions, and office staff coordination
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and job cost tracking
• Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate subcontractor agreements, vendor relationships, and purchase orders
• Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and contract administration
• Maintain compliance records, insurance certificates, and licensing documentation
• Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and client communications professionally

• 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in construction, paving, or a related trade industry
• Proficiency in Quick Books or similar accounting/job costing software
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping principles
• Experience with payroll processing and HR administrative functions
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
