Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Grant Administrator to join our team. The Grant Administrator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of grants and contracts, including administration, compliance, reporting, outcomes documentation, and funder stewardship. This position supports organizational sustainability by ensuring timely submissions, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective grant management practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage grant and contract administration activities from award through closeout.
- Monitor grant and contract compliance requirements and ensure adherence to funder guidelines and reporting obligations.
- Coordinate grant reporting and submission schedules.
- Lead the grant renewal process, including gathering required documentation, completing application materials, and submitting renewal requests in accordance with funder requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain grant records, documentation, and supporting materials.
- Support outcomes tracking and impact documentation efforts.
- Coordinate internal data collection for grant reporting requirements.
- Manage grant correspondence and funder reporting activities.
- Support funder communications, stewardship, and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with program and leadership teams to ensure successful grant implementation.
- Monitor grant deadlines and funding requirements.
- Maintain organized grant files and documentation in accordance with organizational and funder record retention requirements.
- Monitor grant performance measures, outcomes documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Support quality assurance efforts related to grant compliance, reporting, and documentation.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen grant management processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three (3) years of experience in grant administration, grant management, contract administration, nonprofit operations, or related field.
- Experience with government, foundation, and corporate grants preferred.
- Knowledge of grant administration, compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and interpret grant requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
