* JOB DESCRIPTION:

** Sales Team Management: provide training, support, and administer accountability for a team of Design Consultants to ensure they meet the sales targets.
Personnel Development: provide leadership and assist with the development of the Design Consultant Mentor team. Analyze sales data and metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

build strong partnerships across all other business functions, aimed at driving efficiencies and supporting a world-class homeowner experience.

Recruitment: participate in hiring process to ensure proper capacity in location is   maintained.

Administrative: ensure required administrative tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.

** In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate.
