Commercial Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from pre‑construction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role works closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving efficiently and successfully.

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Review plans, specifications, and project documentation
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and field teams
• Track project progress and address issues as they arise
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency with project documentation and scheduling tools
• Must be able to work on‑site in Fort Myers
• Salary range: $70,000–$80,000
