Experienced Residential Construction Project Manager​/Superintendent

• Strong expertise in Project Coordination and Project Management, ensuring the successful execution of tasks and timelines.
• In-depth knowledge of Construction Management, Construction Project Management, and the ability to oversee daily operations on-site effectively.
• Skills in Budgeting and project cost evaluations to ensure cost‑effective project delivery.
• Experience in managing multiple residential construction projects, with a focus on safety and quality standards.
• Field experience required, and ability to ensure project is on time and structured at all times crucial.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with construction regulations in Florida are advantageous.
