We are seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside a landscape construction crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and with our quality standards in mind.

• Oversee daily site operations for landscape construction crew
• Coordinate equipment and materials needed for each project
• Supervise and train crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects
• Maintain project schedules and complete landscape construction projects within deadlines
• Oversee quality control on job sites
• Safely operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects
• Load/unload cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials
• Read landscape plans and provide landscape material layouts
• Track daily timekeeping of work hours on job sites for crew members
• Ensure equipment and truck/trailer are in working order and properly maintained
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Experience with landscape construction projects
• Knowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage work, and irrigation
• Supervisory experience
• Ability and willingness to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
• Ability and willingness to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
• Ability to use hand tools and power equipment needed for landscape construction projects
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
