Construction Superintendent

This is an on-site Construction Superintendent contract role located in Fort Myers, FL. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction operations, including managing the job site, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and maintaining adherence to safety procedures. The individual will also ensure that the project is completed within budget and to the required quality standards. Regular communication with team members and stakeholders will be vital to ensure project success.

Must be able to lift 70 lbs and unload deliveries when needed.

• Strong skills in Construction Site Management and ensuring compliance with construction safety standards
• Proficiency in Project Management and Budgeting, with the ability to manage timelines and costs effectively
• Excellent Organization Skills to coordinate various tasks and team members on-site
• Experience in identifying and solving on-site challenges efficiently
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or significant construction management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of commercial and retail construction processes is a plus
