Your Responsibilities:

  • Attend pre-construction meeting. Meet with and mentor all project supervision and field manpower.
  • Manage, approve, organize and document the projects scope, schedule and budget from start to finish.
  • Ability to commute to different jobsites and complete on-site visits.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best price and on-time delivery of material and equipment.

Experience and Skills:

  • Knowledge of Florida building codes
  • Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as Commercial Project Manager in the Plumbing industry with an estimated value range of $1 - $30 Million.
  • Familiarity with systems required for large scale commercial projects which include condominiums, schools, hospitals, correctional facilities, and retail shopping centers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or a combination of technical training and/or related field experience.
  • Must have strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of operating Microsoft office systems, Sage Intact.
  • Effective organizational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, excellent planning, communication and team skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Established relationships with contractors and suppliers is a PLUS!
