This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager based in Fort Myers, FL. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting project management activities, coordinating logistics, expediting materials and resources, overseeing inspections, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The role involves regular communication with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and problem resolution throughout the construction process.
Qualifications- Experience with Expediting and coordinating materials and resources for projects
- Proficiency in Project Management methods, tools, and effective problem-solving
- Knowledge of local construction Inspection processes to ensure quality control
- Logistics Management expertise to oversee the transportation and delivery of resources
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of construction and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with software tools for project and logistics management is a plus
