Aboutthe Role
Wright Construction Group is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high-quality work on time and on budget, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Lead and deliver construction projects from start to finish
- Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Oversee RFIs, change orders, submittals, and documentation
- Ensure job site safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Drive schedules and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong background in Inspection and quality control, including verification of work against plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for construction projects, coordinating labor, equipment, and material flows to support efficient site operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Several years of progressive experience managing commercial and institutional projects, preferably in a general contracting environment.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Primavera P6 is required, and Procore Project Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work on‑site daily in Fort Myers, FL, conduct regular field walks, and support multiple projects as needed.
