Senior Project Manager

Oversees all phases of new home construction
Supervises and trains sub-contractors and crews
Ensures adherence to established procedures and building specifications
Acts as liaison between Maronda Homes and customers
Conducts pre-settlement inspections with homeowners
Monitors productivity and controls production costs
Assumes other duties as prescribed
Provides building procedure and specification information

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal and written communications are essential and mandatory
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Excellent organizational skills are indispensable

• Efficiently use computer programs and applications
• Read and understand construction drawings and specs
• Work well under high pressure situations
