Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
** Construction Project Manager
** to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to project plans as necessary.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work adheres to project specifications.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
