Our Superintendents are not field administrators. They are the decision-makers on site - full schedule ownership, direct subcontractor authority, and a PM partnership structure that supports field decisions rather than overriding them.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

• 5+ years' experience in Construction field management
• Extensive experience with commercial projects preferred
